For 2-3 hrs of work it looks great.
But it would look amazing if you would add a few more details.

The right eye is a bit too small/closed, the lips could use a few more lines, the hair,the bang should be longer and lighter and the chin looks...cut.
I think you nailed the costume. It looks amazing, but you could add some details on it too...also, you can't even tell she wears clip garters.


Work more on the face... because if it wasn't for the costume, you couldn't tell it's her.
